"Excellence in the Workplace" Seminar Preview

Excellence in the Workplace is an employee performance training program designed to build upon and enhance individual business training platforms. Our training will affirm the best skills in professional performance at all levels, and inspire those that need a boost in attitude and engagement. The training also focuses on building employee team chemistry. Seminars will be taught by Patrick McGaughey, a national business speaker and former Coeur d'Alene Chamber President, known as one of the top-five "Enter-Tainers" in the United States.

Our high performance agenda includes:

• How to perform at a higher level consistently
• The top 3 most effective communication skills
• Communicating with email, texting  (and communicating without them)
• Customer negotiations and handling ethical dilemmas
• The five appearances in a professional workplace
• Dealing with (and enjoying) difficult customers
• How to build strong team chemistry with different personalities
• The great 5 minute time management class

All businesses are invited to attend a full preview of the training program on Friday, February 3 from 1pm to 4pm at the Kroc Center. The fee for this session is $39 per business. Each business may bring up to three management staff to review the program for this one fee. If your business chooses to participate, the $39 fee will be applied to your total employee cost.Cost is based on $20 per person. Group rates are available for companies with over 50 employees.
