Join us for the Inaugural Next Generation Think Tank, hosted by the CDA Regional Chamber!
As you may know, the subject of our research is to determine both why the next generation of North Idaho's leaders (18-40-year-olds) are less engaged in our community, and how the Chamber can adapt to grow and engage this crucial demographic moving forward. The purpose of the survey you all took was to determine the "why"—to identify what our community's 18-to-40-year-olds define as the main barriers that inhibit them from engaging in the community. The next phase of our research will be to brainstorm a solution, and that's where YOU come back in.
