Dr. Josh Misner is a communication professor, author, mindfulness researcher, recovering phone addict, and profanity aficionado who missed the bus to adulthood somewhere around his mid-20s, yet continues to resist growing up while living in the inland Pacific Northwest with his undeservedly tolerant spouse and their brood of children and fur-bearing animals.
