Situational Leadership II (SLII) helps you develop a common language where you can direct, support, and coach your employees in a way that fosters competence and motivation; helping your people become more productive, flexible, and open to new challenges. To become an effective leader, you have to learn to customize your management styles to each person’s development level so you can consistently motivate your employees at all levels of development.

Dina has 21 years of experience building, developing and inspiring award-winning teams in the staffing industry. In her current role as West Zone Vice President, she leads teams in 13 states and 4 provinces consisting of 185 locations.
In addition to her West Zone responsibilities, Dina is a certified Situational Leadership II, Situational Self Leadership and Coaching Essentials Trainer; all The Blanchard Company products. Along with The Blanchard Company products, Dina trains and facilitates numerous educational business solutions across North America.
