Jacinta is the founder and owner of Icon Senior Transitions, a Coeur d’Alene based senior transition service that serves families who are seeking assistance in finding care for an elderly parent or family member.

With ten years experience as a medical assistant in a neurology clinic in Bellevue, Washington. Jacinta has provided care and support to a diverse patient population, managing cases from chronic pain and headaches to more advanced neurological conditions like dementia and Alzheimer's. Her dedication to being present for individuals and their families through difficult diagnoses and treatments fostered a deep, abiding love for the elderly.

In her spare time, Jacinta greatly enjoys crafting hobbies, such as making handmade cards and knitting. A great deal of her personal time is spent at church events, time with her family and friends and discovering new places to walk and explore.

At Icon Senior Transitions, Jacinta is dedicated to providing families with a listening ear, a compassionate heart and the dignity that each human being deserves.
