Coeur d'Alene's Best Pizza:
Our dough is made in-house with locally sourced un-bleached artisan flour and a 34 year old sour dough starter and fermented for 48 hours. The starter for this sourdough is from a vineyard in our home town, hence our “Roots”. ?????????
Our Tomato sauce is always made from scratch in-house and cooked low & slow for six hours.
