For over three decades, TOK Commercial has built our business with a commitment to serving people - our clients and our team. By consistently delivering exceptional results to our clients while nurturing community and business relationships, we’ve been given the incredible opportunity to represent Idaho’s most significant properties, companies, and projects shaping where we live, work and play. Our team has grown over the years, from 2 people in 1991 to over 100 in 2022. We’ve expanded our footprint from the Boise Valley to the Magic Valley, Eastern, and North Idaho. We list nearly 500 commercial properties and our team manages 8 million square feet across the state.  Our highly trained and motivated people work in an environment of information and teamwork across service lines.
